📋 Description

• Develop strong customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, particularly at the start of the customer journey with WM • Work closely with the sales team and customers to ensure successful onboarding • Conduct Sales Rep to OBC customer transition meetings to handle onboarding • Review and verify customer setup information • Contact customers before delivery to confirm delivery date • Verify container delivery in MAS and review routing to confirm service day • Contact customers to confirm receipt of container and review scheduled service day • Follow up after first service to confirm completion to the customer's satisfaction • Review invoices with customers and ensure service levels and contamination charges are correct • Conduct OBC to account manager customer transition meetings to handle future needs and concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Must live and work in the US • Must live within 50 miles of the Phoenix business unit • Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience • 2 years of experience in customer service (in addition to education requirement) • Ability to perform repetitive motions • Eye/hand/foot coordination • Ability to sit, talk, and hear • Standard office equipment proficiency (computers, phones, copy machines, etc.)
