📋 Description

• Deliver, assess, and coach the designated enterprise logistics curriculum • Report schedules, participant attendance, and evaluations to the Sr. Manager of Business Optimization • Deliver curriculum using adult and accelerated learning techniques • Assess and coach participant performance through observation • Complete weekly and final evaluations and conduct final coaching sessions • Determine course pass or fail and provide final assessments and recommendations for on-the-job training • Provide ongoing training and mentoring to Enterprise Logistics Center staff • Maintain knowledge of training and company procedures through business periodicals and professional journals • Communicate with trainers and managers about logistics, participant issues, and training needs • Conduct Leadership training for Logistics Manager curricula • Order, kit, and distribute Logistics Center staff equipment for remote work • Collect equipment when staff separate from the Logistics Center • Manage equipment upgrades and replacements and standardize remote equipment across the enterprise • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree • High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 5 years of relevant work experience • 5 years of prior logistics and dispatch experience in the trucking industry • May require travel up to 25% of time • Must have, or be willing to obtain, a REAL ID or TSA-approved alternative if required for air travel or federal property access
