📋 Description

• Manage clients’ annual reports portfolios on an ongoing basis. • Work closely with state departments. • Assist with ongoing compliance filings in a data-entry oriented system. • Respond to a wider range of customer inquiries about RASi’s services and the role of a registered agent. • Resolve moderately complex customer issues and complaints. • Manage the annual report submission process using RASi’s proprietary database and worksite. • Follow up on reporting issues, including obtaining required client data, signatures, and supporting documents. • Manage onboarding of Annual Report Services clients. • Communicate with other RASi teams regarding delays, issues, or other blocks in the compliance process. • Document and escalate unresolved issues as needed. • Update and maintain customer records. • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. • Adhere to compliance and quality standards. • Conduct research and maintain databases.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future. • 1 yr+ minimum in a role with similar skills/responsibilities plus 1 yr+ similar background/industry. • Must be a positive team player and effectively communicate with colleagues and clients. • Ability to multi-task, accept directions well, maintain strong attention to detail, and manage time wisely. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to handle moderately complex issues effectively. • Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently. • Good understanding of multiple product/service features. • Computer literacy and ability to learn new software with ease. • Knowledge of quality assurance standards.
