📋 Description

• Conduct regular site meetings • Oversee contractors on site • Monitor, evaluate, and report progress against construction schedule • Ensure quality of the work and deficiency identification and correction • Collaborate to identify required material and equipment • Ensure safety and security of site • Regular progress reporting • Identify change requests • Communicating with stakeholders where required • Ensure environmental and quality control protection requirements are carried out • Responsible for construction and contractor related deliverables • Responsible for execution of the work in accordance with quality standards • Management receiving activities of materials and equipment. • Review construction documents and submittals • Prepare Reports

🎯 Requirements

• Currently authorized to work in USA without sponsorship from Wood • Minimum of three (5) years of work experience in brownfield construction. • Preference for ten (10) years field experience in an industrial environment • Experience in Data Centers is highly desirable. • Possession of a valid driver’s license • Proficiency in document creation and editing (Microsoft Office Products such as Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Excel) • Well-developed interpersonal skills are necessary in order to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing requirements to a wide range of client groups (internal and external) • Self-motivated, ability to work independently, or in a team environment, and provide leadership, support, direction, and consultation. • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with strong organizational skills to meet project deadlines. • Willingness to travel, participate in activities, network and build relationships. • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to organize, analyze and report on various parameters and data sets. • Ability to proactively detect challenges to safety, quality, cost and schedule that will ensure development and execution of effective prevention, mitigation, or corrective actions. • Able to establish and maintain a positive and effective customer relationship, ensuring payment terms are met, and communicating any delays. • Well organized, observant, good interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work with timelines/targets.
