• Act as the first filter between Workana and companies seeking talent. • Manage incoming leads and qualify them quickly. • Identify companies within the ICP and proactively reach out to decision-makers. • Analyze the active client base to detect signals of growth potential. • Own the pipeline and ensure each account progresses appropriately. • Keep the CRM up to date and use AI tools for automation.
• Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, or in B2B sales (ideally in SaaS, staffing, or marketplaces). • Experience working across multiple prospecting channels: calls, email, and LinkedIn/social. • Ability to qualify quickly and with judgment, without relying on a script. • CRM proficiency — HubSpot preferred. • Comfortable working with AI tools on a day-to-day basis. • Fluent Spanish. English and/or Portuguese is a plus. • Nice to have: you built or configured something with AI (a workflow, an automation, or a prompt that solved a real problem).
