📋 Description

• Assist with onboarding transportation partners and managing daily trips • Assist parents and school districts with transportation needs • Manage daily customer operations, client start-ups, retention, and development • Assist with new business opportunities, proposals, and customer negotiations • Acquire and manage staff equipment and trip-related items • Monitor legislation affecting alternative student transportation and assist with implementation • Find, onboard, and develop relationships with local and national transportation providers • Communicate and negotiate proposed routes with local service providers during school-year startup • Oversee account efficiency and customer service levels • Oversee vehicle maintenance and compliance • Manage a large driver and transportation partner pool • Collaborate with internal departments on reports and programs to improve service quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity • Maintain a safe and efficient environment for passengers, contractors, and the public • Use industry skills to support and grow transportation operations

🎯 Requirements

• English proficiency required • Must be able to learn and utilize technical skills to create reports, SOPs, and assist in formulating standard practices • Must comply with First Student policies and procedures • In Washington, safety-sensitive driving and technician positions are subject to drug and alcohol testing, including cannabis
