📋 Description

• Support implementation of WFP’s postcard program for the 2026 fall elections and relational organizing programs • Learn and manage postcard campaigns from start to finish • Support local state staff in running successful postcard campaigns • Create and maintain postcard dashboard spreadsheets • Track and report postcard campaign metrics • Own vendor list processes and perform quality assurance on vendor mail-list data • Maintain Reach accounts and update content in alignment with WFP campaigns and priorities • Mobilize WFP members to organize their networks using Reach and personal postcards • Report, document, and evaluate campaign success; track challenges and implement improvements • Collaborate with the Data Team to improve data-use structures, systems, processes, and reporting • Develop written guides, recordings, sample scripts, and other relational organizing trainings • Collaborate with state staff to lead trainings and recruit volunteers • Cultivate relationships with WFP member organizations and increase adoption of the photo postcard tactic • Maintain regular one-to-one relational meetings with supporters, volunteers, and activists • Create posts for events and announcements to the national volunteer community • Support moderation of the activist Slack community • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, diverse, resilient, and growing volunteer community

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Employer cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas • High attention to detail • Ability to create and maintain dashboard spreadsheets • Ability to track and report campaign metrics • Experience or ability to manage vendor lists and perform data quality assurance • Ability to maintain Reach accounts and update content • Ability to develop relational organizing materials and trainings • Ability to collaborate with Data Team and state staff • Ability to lead trainings and recruit volunteers as needed • Commitment to reporting, documentation, and evaluation • Women, people of color, LGBTQ people, people with disabilities, and members of other historically disenfranchised populations are strongly encouraged to apply
