📋 Description

• Work with stakeholders to determine project needs and specifications • Produce high-quality content using videography, photography, production software, equipment, and techniques • Set up, record, and edit audio communications for professional-quality standalone or merged pieces • Edit motion video footage, special effects, sound recordings, and color during post-production • Consult with stakeholders throughout pre-production, production, and post-production • Assist with live events including podcasts, webinars, all-company meetings, and off-site events • Maintain and monitor equipment and systems used for presentations and conferencing • Investigate and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to maximize efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program • Preferred enrollment in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Management Information Systems or related program • Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut X, or iMovie) • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement • Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast paced, rapidly changing environment • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines • Minimal travel • Reliable internet access for periods of remote work outside a Workiva office
