📋 Description

• Develop, test, debug, deploy, and support enterprise mainframe applications • Analyze application issues and resolve defects • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders • Participate in implementation activities • Lead and mentor offshore development teams • Contribute to application modernization and continuous improvement initiatives • Provide production support, troubleshooting, and post-deployment stabilization

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS • Enterprise mainframe application development experience • Experience with application development, testing, debugging, and deployment • Production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution experience • UAT support and defect resolution experience • Production implementation and post-deployment stabilization experience • Experience leading or mentoring offshore development teams • Business and technical stakeholder collaboration experience • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Experience working in large enterprise environments • Experience with healthcare applications, healthcare workflows, and claims adjudication preferred
