• Design, build, maintain, and continuously improve infrastructure across development, QA, and production environments • Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for reliable and efficient application delivery • Automate application deployment, configuration, provisioning, scaling, and operational processes • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation, Chef, or similar technologies • Build and manage AWS cloud infrastructure, with secondary Azure support, including containerized workloads and application environments • Focus on infrastructure availability, reliability, scalability, security, monitoring, and disaster recovery • Utilize AWS services including VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, CloudFormation, Systems Manager, and Patch Manager • Develop scripts and automation to extend AWS capabilities and improve operational efficiency • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability; develop alerting and troubleshooting solutions • Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, security, backup, and recovery capabilities • Work with Grafana, LogStash, Kibana, Elasticsearch, or similar observability technologies • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, configuration, and production issues • Develop and improve automated testing frameworks for Web, Mobile, and API applications • Contribute to performance testing and reliability initiatives for web applications • Collaborate with Software Engineering, QA, Product Delivery, and Operations teams • Coach and support engineers and QA teams in automation tools, CI/CD processes, and DevOps practices • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that improve deployment speed, reliability, security, and operational efficiency • Apply consistent DevOps practices across the development lifecycle to ensure end-to-end quality
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience • 2–4+ years of experience in DevOps, Software Development, Cloud Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline • Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines • Experience automating deployment, configuration, and infrastructure processes • Experience with AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure and services • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, or similar technologies • Experience with CI/CD and GitOps tools such as Git, TeamCity, Octopus, ArgoCD, or equivalent • Experience with version control systems such as Git, Bitbucket, or equivalent • Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows operating systems • Experience with network infrastructure, databases, cloud environments, data center operations, and security protocols • Demonstrated proficiency in at least one high-level programming language • Strong scripting and automation experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, Ruby, TypeScript, Perl, PHP, Java, SQL, or C++ • Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues in production environments • Experience creating and maintaining cloud-based development, testing, and production environments • Understanding of monitoring, logging, system performance, reliability, security, and disaster recovery practices • Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies for web applications is a plus • Experience supporting Web, Mobile, and API applications is a plus • Experience working on Scrum or Kanban teams is a plus • Experience with AWS Systems Manager, Patch Manager, and other AWS operational tools is a plus
