📋 Description

• Support growth and diversification of World Vision's international funding portfolio • Identify and pursue funding opportunities from public and institutional donors • Manage all components of the proposal development process from planning through submission • Lead quality program design using evidence-based approaches and donor guidelines • Coordinate technical and cost proposal development with National Offices, technical teams, finance colleagues, and partners • Facilitate program design workshops and proposal reviews • Manage post-submission processes and collect and share lessons learned • Coordinate program design handover to program managers • Identify and engage potential partners for future opportunities • Arrange donor meetings and calls; conduct donor and partner outreach • Support capability statement development with technical advisors and communications teams • Track funding opportunities, donor priorities, and grant forecasts • Gather intelligence for strategic positioning and go/no-go recommendations • Coordinate consultants and key personnel recruitment as needed • Participate in World Vision's Christian spiritual disciplines and incorporate core values into decisions • Collaborate with team members and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience (eight years) • Work experience in international relief and development • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant work experience • Experience with USG solicitations required • Substantive proposal development experience for other multilateral or bilateral donors may be considered • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities • Strategic thinking, sound judgment, and excellent time management skills • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and stakeholders • Proactive problem-solving, initiative, ownership, and follow-through • Flexibility and adaptability, including ability to travel internationally on short notice • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A. for any employer • Agreement with and willingness to enhance World Vision's Christian mission, vision, and values • Master's degree in Education, International Development, or related technical discipline strongly preferred • Proficiency in French or Spanish preferred
