📋 Description

• Provide administrative support to leadership and team members. • Coordinate and track project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines. • Maintain accurate records, databases, and project documentation. • Manage communications through email, messaging platforms, and other business channels. • Organize and update information within CRM and project management systems. • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities. • Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential delays or issues. • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and status updates as needed. • Support workflow organization and process improvements. • Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure projects remain on track. • Maintain documentation and files using cloud-based platforms. • Assist with data entry, tracking metrics, and reporting activities. • Handle various administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
