• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives. • Support the company’s values, vision, and mission through professional and reliable work. • Manage executive calendars, including internal meetings, external meetings, conferences, and events. • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare materials for meetings, calls, and executive activities. • Prepare, format, review, and organize documents, reports, and presentations. • Ensure written materials are accurate, consistent, polished, and aligned with company standards. • Conduct research, gather information, compile data, and prepare summaries or reports to support executive decision-making. • Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring all required resources, materials, and logistics are ready. • Serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal or external stakeholders. • Handle incoming and outgoing client calls, answer questions, provide information, and maintain a high level of customer service. • Protect confidential information, sensitive documents, and private business matters. • Manage administrative tasks and special projects as needed. • Work independently while staying aligned with executive priorities and company needs. • Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once. • Advanced proficiency with office tools and software, especially Microsoft Office. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Confidence communicating with executives, clients, and internal teams. • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when needed. • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment. • Strong customer service skills for handling client calls and inquiries. • Tech-savvy mindset and ability to learn new tools quickly.
