📋 Description

• Prioritize and manage workload against the enterprise pursuit pipeline, identifying and communicating competing deadlines or resource needs • Design full pitch decks for assigned pursuits, from opening narrative through appendix and back pocket material, using content approved by the Growth Lead • Provide custom branding and design guidelines when required • Turn audit findings, media plans, and performance data into clear, on-brand visualizations • Produce motion and video assets for pitches, including sizzle reels, animated case studies, transitions, and short-form video • Assemble case study, credentials, and team slides from the library • Format RFP and RFI written responses in Word and Google Docs, including tables, exhibits, and cover treatments • Create supplemental assets such as leave-behind PDFs, one-pagers, capability sheets, proposal covers, and concept and activation mocks • Deliver presenter-ready files in PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, PDF, and video formats, and test them in the presentation environment • Support rehearsals and live pitches, incorporating late changes • Build and maintain the master pitch template, slide library, and reusable component system, and document it for non-designers • Archive final delivered files, source files, linked assets, and fonts at the close of each pursuit • Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Enablement, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders on revenue technology ecosystem strategy, architecture, governance, and optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience, with a meaningful portion in presentation, pitch, or new business design • Experience inside a performance marketing, media, or creative agency • Portfolio showing designed decks and pitch materials, ideally including work that helped win business • Expert-level command of PowerPoint and Google Slides, including master layouts and animation • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma • Video editing and motion graphics ability in Premiere Pro and After Effects, or comparable tools, sufficient to cut and finish pitch video independently • Genuine skill at data visualization • Comfort working from strategy and analytics inputs • Strong time management and ability to work under deadline pressure, including compressed pitch windows • Excellent collaborative instincts and ability to take direction from senior stakeholders • Availability for occasional evenings and weekends near deadlines • Familiarity with technical aspects of digital and print production deliverables • Not eligible for immigration sponsorship; applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Familiarity with RFP and RFI processes and proposal software • Experience building or maintaining a brand or presentation design system • Knowledge of Asana or similar project management tools • Light copy editing ability • Sound design and music selection instincts for video work
