📋 Description
• Teach experienced Travel Consultants GDS formats and best practices • Understand WTS processes and communicate them to the agent team • Build relationships with coworkers and clients • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Provide real-time crisis support to Travel Counselors via phone calls and emails • Assist other departments with GDS-related support • Assist in testing new processes • Assist with a broad range of projects
🎯 Requirements
• Experience training agents in a group setting • Experience providing real-time support via phone calls and emails • Sabre GDS experience required • Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Problem-solving ability with minimal input • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to project a positive attitude • Detailed organizational skills • Strong work ethic • High level of professionalism • Ability to work from home
