📋 Description

• Help clients plan and book cruises, resort stays, and vacation packages • Share accurate, up-to-date information about destinations, pricing, and travel options • Manage reservations • Follow up with clients before, during, and after their trips • Respond to client questions by phone, email, and online chat • Maintain organized records of bookings and client communication • Organize client details and keep communication flowing • Build client relationships and trust through consistent follow-up

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work independently • Ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously • Basic computer skills • Reliable home internet access • Self-motivation and consistent client communication • Genuine interest in travel and hospitality is a plus • Prior customer service, hospitality, or travel planning experience is a plus but not required • Willingness to learn and stay consistent
