📋 Description

• Plan and execute live and on-demand webinars • Schedule webinars and collaborate with clients to select and submit content • Coordinate creation of promotional materials • Distribute pre-webinar promotional activity through websites, social media, and internal communications • Orchestrate broadcasts and manage event interaction • Troubleshoot broadcast and audio conference platforms when necessary • Assist speakers during live and on-demand webcasts • Assist attendees with technical issues • Produce post-webinar reports for clients • Update website links with on-demand information • Collect and log webinar materials • Consistently meet project timelines and internal deadlines • Ensure customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or digital communications strongly preferred • 2+ years of webinar production experience • Experience with On24, HTML/CSS, and Photoshop • Ability to work well under pressure • Technical adeptness • Highly organized • Deadline and detail conscientious • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
