📋 Description

• Overseeing sales operations within your district, setting targets, and cultivating overall growth • Assist in the interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members • Create and foster a collaborative and motivating team environment • Create and maintain productive territories with effective routing plans • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth • Oversee sales-representatives daily routines and give effective feedback • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales management experience • Ability to travel 75% of the time. (Within district) • A passion for sales and the motivation to succeed • Proficiency of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
