📋 Description

• Oversee and manage day-to-day research administration • Support faculty, center directors, and staff throughout pre-award sponsored-project activities • Prepare and submit complex grant proposals, budgets, justifications, agency forms, and compliance documentation • Coordinate proposal submissions, signatures, subaward setup, contracts, and subcontracts • Manage notices of award, grant databases, annual agency reports, revised budgets, and grant transfers • Coordinate research compliance information, including biosketches, trainee information, and human/animal protocol approvals • Analyze grant metrics and funding trends • Close complex sponsored-project accounts and submit final reports and invention statements • Monitor sponsored-project budgets, expenditures, reconciliations, payroll sourcing, cost transfers, purchasing, and subawards • Prepare correspondence with granting agencies, financial reports, invoices, budget adjustments, and fund-management documentation • Liaise with faculty, PIs, department administrators, SPA, OSRS, leadership, and granting agencies • Manage research center cores and subcores, program income, bridge/seed funds, and institutional funds • Design and implement reporting databases for core/subcore service billing • Prepare center financial reports, invoices, forecasts, progress and renewal materials • Coordinate center lectures, scientific forums, workshops, meetings, and symposiums • Assist senior leadership with special projects and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements
