📋 Description

• Use proprietary software to provide labels, annotations, recordings, and inputs for multilingual audio clips, voice recordings, speech samples, and auditory elements • Translate and localize UI copy, prompts, responses, and other written content from English into Czech • Curate high-quality audio data with accurate linguistic and prosodic details, including intonation, rhythm, and accent • Collaborate with technical staff to improve speech modulation, accent variation, noisy real-world recordings, and multilingual audio processing • Improve annotation tools for efficient audio workflows • Train and refine Grok for voice interactions, speech recognition, and multilingual auditory experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Native proficiency in Czech with exposure to diverse accents, dialects, or regional variations • English proficiency at minimum B2 level • Clear, natural vocal delivery and pronunciation suitable for audio recording • Strong auditory perception for speech nuances, accents, pronunciation, intonation, and audio quality • Ability to handle multilingual audio content and evaluate speech accuracy, cultural vocal expressions, and contextual interpretation • Ability to transcribe audio accurately across accents and varying audio quality • Ability to translate and localize text accurately between English and Czech • Comfort providing high-quality voice recordings and feedback on audio samples in multiple languages • Strong comprehension and independent judgment with ambiguous, noisy, or accented speech • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, detail-oriented, and organizational skills • Commitment to developing sophisticated multilingual audio capabilities • Personal computer must be a Chromebook, Mac with macOS 11.0 or later, or Windows 10 or later • Must meet legal eligibility and time-zone compatibility requirements • Visa sponsorship is not provided • Preferred: background in linguistics, speech sciences, cognitive science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • Preferred: experience with speech/audio datasets, annotation workflows, AI training data, voice models, translation/localization workflows, or professional voice work • Portfolio strongly preferred for advanced candidates
