📋 Description

• Support full-cycle recruiting for Human Data roles through candidate communications, process coordination, and pipeline management • Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to move priority searches from outreach through close • Own candidate communications regarding role details, next steps, and outstanding questions • Coordinate hiring workflows, approvals, and follow-ups • Create and maintain requisitions in the ATS • Keep recruiting stages, data, and process setup accurate for tracking and reporting • Monitor inbound candidate and stakeholder inquiries and route complex cases • Identify process gaps and keep recruiting documentation and workflows current

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or recruiting support in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience handling candidate correspondence and supporting candidate experience from outreach through close • Experience coordinating across recruiters, hiring managers, and other internal partners • Experience using Greenhouse or another ATS to manage requisitions and workflows, maintain accurate pipeline data, and support tracking and reporting • Experience supporting high-volume hiring in a startup or similarly fast-moving environment • Accuracy, follow-through, and close attention to detail • Ability to operate independently in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting • Proactive and adaptable mindset • Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed • Must be based in one of the listed countries where SpaceXAI has a physical office; remote work is also possible
