📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruiting activities for designated business units • Forecast headcount needs and keep talent segments within budget • Partner with business unit leadership and HR Business Partners to understand hiring objectives and develop staffing strategies • Create and execute sourcing strategies • Maintain service levels and deliver an exceptional client experience • Create a best-in-class candidate experience • Attend local and community networking events • Improve cost-effective recruiting and sourcing methods using current technologies and industry knowledge • Manage interviews with candidates and leaders according to company guidelines • Negotiate salaries and present competitive job offers • Develop recruiting strategies aligned with short- and long-term hiring goals • Build a passive candidate database with the sourcing team • Maintain relationships with hiring managers and communicate candidate pipeline updates and forecasted needs • Identify and qualify candidates through phone screens and in-person interviews • Build relationships with third-party recruiters and manage agency use • Drive one or two larger initiatives per year • Participate in quarterly HR projects • Document and track candidate activities in the applicant tracking system

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in work experience • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct search experience sourcing and recruiting highly passive candidates, or candidates with specific niche technologies • 5+ years experience in Cloud Services driving local recruiting • Proven experience recruiting technical talent in cloud development, preferably in call center, networking, product management and/or project management disciplines • Proven experience educating, supporting and influencing hiring managers regarding recruiting process, interviewing and selection best practices • Ability to build a strong pipeline of technical talent with University Recruiting Team • Ability to use market trends and workforce supply-demand information in recruiting strategy • Solid experience using ATS systems, complying with EEO processes and maintaining complete candidate tracking information • Strong experience providing consistent communication to candidates and hiring managers regarding process, company updates, products and culture • Expert knowledge of networking, social media and technology to attract passive talent • Ability to work independently, manage confidential data and be resourceful • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
