📋 Description

• Develop and maintain cybersecurity strategy and planning products aligned with national strategy, DoD guidance, DHRA plans, industry practices, and the evolving threat environment • Prepare governance-ready technical proposals, feasibility and comparative analyses, cost estimates, stakeholder-impact summaries, and presentation materials • Coordinate cybersecurity governance with stakeholders and track initiative status, approvals, issues, next steps, and funding • Develop and update the long-range cybersecurity modernization roadmap • Document cybersecurity tools and solutions in approved architecture repositories • Update DHRA Zero Trust plans, architecture, roadmap, governance tracking, and implementation alignment • Integrate cybersecurity considerations into DevSecOps and enterprise planning • Provide data-informed guidance on cybersecurity risk, mitigation strategies, and posture trends to senior leadership • Apply cybersecurity lifecycle, requirements-analysis, alternative-assessment, process-improvement, architecture, engineering, and compliance expertise to strategy and governance work

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen • Active Secret clearance required when assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Five years of experience • Expertise in cybersecurity lifecycle, requirements analysis, alternative assessment, process improvement, architecture, engineering, and compliance • Knowledge of national strategy, DoD guidance, DHRA plans, industry practices, and evolving threat environments • Ability to develop cybersecurity strategy, planning products, governance materials, modernization roadmaps, and Zero Trust plans • Ability to use approved architecture repositories • Ability to provide data-informed cybersecurity risk and posture guidance to senior leadership
