📋 Description

• Maintain the privacy-compliance document repository, including SORNs, PIAs, Social Security Number Justification Memoranda, and related records • Review and finalize privacy-compliance documents and maintain accurate trackers, repositories, execution dates, version control, and authorized access • Track and process FOIA requests within statutory timelines • Apply appropriate redactions, data masking, audit logging, and safeguards for PII and sensitive information • Develop and maintain approved FOIA response templates, guidance, and knowledge resources • Support efforts to reduce the FOIA backlog • Recommend technical efficiencies and support approved governance or deployment activities affecting PII and FOIA operations • Analyze business and user needs and document requirements • Coordinate procedures, training, and communications supporting privacy and FOIA operations • Support CyberPRIMES cybersecurity, privacy, records and information management, and related enterprise support for DHRA, including DMDC and OUSD(P&R)

🎯 Requirements

• Active Secret clearance • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Business Analyst I requires a BA/BS in Business, Computer Science, or a related field • Business Analyst I requires a minimum of four years of experience • Business Analyst II requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline • Business Analyst II requires ten years of experience • Secret clearance is required when assigned duties require classified information or SIPRNet access
