📋 Description
• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence • Own quality of earnings, EBITDA, working capital, and deal models • Manage multiple engagements and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery • Serve as the primary client contact for PE sponsors, bankers, and management teams • Lead and develop Associates and Analysts • Present diligence findings and transaction insights to clients • Support post-close integration and value creation initiatives
🎯 Requirements
• 5–10 years of experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, investment banking, or corporate development • Strong experience with QoE, EBITDA adjustments, working capital, and deal modeling • Experience leading client-facing diligence engagements • Strong financial modeling, Excel, and presentation skills • CPA, CFA, or similar credentials preferred
