📋 Description

• Support new business development by identifying, engaging, and helping onboard game studios, publishers, and brands onto Xsolla's advertising platform. • Consult with partners to understand their marketing goals and translate them into actionable advertising strategies with guidance from senior team members. • Assist in managing campaign success, including setup, optimization, and performance reporting using advertising best practices. • Analyze campaign data to measure effectiveness, identify optimization opportunities, and communicate insights to partners and internal stakeholders. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams — including product, data, and sales leadership — to contribute feedback and help refine Xsolla's advertising solutions. • Represent Xsolla's advertising capabilities in partner meetings and industry discussions, positioning Xsolla as a trusted partner in the gaming advertising ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or client success within advertising, ad tech, digital media, or a related field. • Foundational understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including performance marketing and campaign fundamentals. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and connect insights to business outcomes. • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. • Self-starter with a growth mindset, comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment. • Basic familiarity with advertising or analytics platforms (e.g., DSPs, MMPs, or similar tools).
