📋 Description

• Proactively call, text, and follow up with interested leads provided by Yardzen • Qualify prospective clients, understand their needs, and communicate the value of Yardzen’s services • Convert prospective clients into Yardzen customers and work toward individual sales goals • Track outreach, client conversations, follow-up activities, and results • Partner with Marketing and cross-functional teams to improve conversion • Serve as a responsive point of contact for clients throughout their Yardzen experience • Manage client communications across inboxes, phone calls, and text messages • Answer questions, resolve routine issues, and provide timely updates • Explain project next steps, timelines, deliverables, and milestones • Coordinate with Design, Operations, and other teams to keep projects moving • Identify delays or client concerns and escalate complex issues • Maintain accurate client records in Yardzen’s internal systems • Create a positive, seamless client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in sales, customer service, project coordination, account management, or a similar client-facing role • Strong phone presence with the confidence to guide both sales and service conversations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients, priorities, and follow-up tasks simultaneously • Comfortable working toward sales and performance goals • Proactive, resourceful, and confident resolving client concerns • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment • Comfortable learning and working across multiple technology platforms and internal systems • Experience with Hubspot • Consistent availability during assigned Pacific Time hours • Flexibility to work evening hours if needed • Sunday availability required
