📋 Description

• Serve as the creative authority and escalation point for enterprise clients • Translate brand objectives into effective digital ad strategies and assets • Guide clients in developing high-impact ad layouts and creative executions aligned with brand identity and campaign KPIs • Explain advertising policies, technical standards, and company guidelines to clients • Collaborate with sales, account management, ad operations, product, and engineering teams • Apply conversion rate optimization and display ad analytics to improve ad performance • Resolve creative friction with innovative, policy-compliant solutions • Provide feedback to leadership and internal teams to improve creative processes, policies, and client outcomes • Develop and execute creative assets for Yelp Website campaigns and full-funnel programmatic channels, including Display, Video, CTV, Native, DOOH, and Audio • Participate in production, QA, and trafficking of creative assets • Ensure technical compatibility, adherence to specifications, and optimal performance • Work autonomously and with creative partner Celtra when applicable

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital ad design, creative strategy, or art direction • Proven success in client-facing roles • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Direct experience managing enterprise-level relationships • Deep understanding of creative elements that drive ad engagement and conversion • Experience using analytics to optimize performance • Strong familiarity with ad serving mechanics, trafficking processes, asset specifications, and digital ad operations • Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Web Designer • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical, operational, and business stakeholders • Experience developing and troubleshooting custom HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript ad creatives • Coding expertise for advanced tracking solutions and technical integrations • Experience using scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript • Experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues in ad serving, creative rendering, and data collection • Experience articulating complex technical or policy concepts to non-technical audiences • Must be based in the United States
