📋 Description

• Partner across Yelp’s business units and use analytically driven insights to make strategic business decisions that deliver strong financial results • Provide analytic support through hands-on Excel work and other tools including SQL, Salesforce, Python, Google Analytics, and Tableau • Identify actionable insights, exercise business judgment, suggest recommendations, and influence Yelp’s business direction • Work effectively with cross-functional groups and communicate analytical results • Create Tableau dashboards providing visibility into KPIs, marketing effectiveness, and business trends/drivers • Support business operations and strategy initiatives involving sales incentives, products and pricing, marketing customer acquisition, community contribution, and product priorities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in Business, Math, Economics, or a related field • 2+ years of relevant business experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches • Exposure to a variety of business models and functions • Exceptional Excel modeling skills • Experience with SQL is a plus • Exceptional problem-solving ability, transitioning between detailed data and high-level insights • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams • Ability to work efficiently with executive management and front-line employees
