📋 Description

• Define and execute the long-term product vision and roadmap for foundational tools, libraries, and applications • Partner across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Security teams • Meet with customers to understand market demand and outcomes for new products • Translate complex workflows and software requirements into PRDs and user stories • Unify cross-functional technical decisions and document data-backed tradeoffs • Provide data-driven insights on sales, financial performance, year-over-year trends, and pipeline • Manage the full product lifecycle from conception through end of life • Coordinate market and requirements gathering, customer validation, engineering, marketing preparation, release, and end-of-life processes • Collaborate with security and engineering teams to integrate cryptographic infrastructure such as PKI and HSMs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 10+ years of progressively broadening product management experience • Strong track record of shipping complex, enterprise-class hardware and manufacturing solutions • Proven experience in technical product management, including development of large-scale internal tools • Ability to constructively challenge highly technical engineering partners • Strong business and technical acumen • Ability to debate architectural tradeoffs and manage competing priorities across geographically distributed teams • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Preferred: understanding of cryptographic systems, PKI, or Key Management Systems utilizing HSMs • Preferred: excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to technical workflows
