📋 Description

• Serve as a key point of contact within Reyes Beer Distributors in Virginia, including Premium Chantilly, Premium of Richmond, and Chesbay Distributing • Support development of annual business plans and drive attainment of DGY annual and zone business objectives • Implement approved business plans and tactics in the assigned territory • Communicate and execute programs at wholesale and retail levels to achieve sales, distribution, promotional, and merchandising objectives • Maintain regular call frequency with assigned wholesalers and retailers • Develop local market plans and lead support of Yuengling objectives with distributor management and sales teams • Provide direction and support to distributors, manage retail execution plans, and initiate market activities • Monitor product inventory levels and inventory rotation • Conduct trimester reviews covering distribution, sales volume, pricing, execution opportunities, competitive activity, retailer and chain trends, and co-op budget tracking • Develop and manage retail execution, sampling, merchandising, point-of-sale, pricing, and distribution programs • Identify underperforming packages and develop corrective programs • Develop distribution targets and key account target lists • Submit distribution progress reports and meeting, retail-day, budget, and opportunity recaps • Conduct sales presentations and planning meetings with distributor sales teams • Communicate with cross-functional teams including National/Chain Account Managers, Marketing, and Brewery Operations • Troubleshoot draft beer systems when qualified • Manage distributor bill-back processes • Interact with consumers and retailers regarding issues and participate in events, trade shows, and retail activities

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in the range from Fredericksburg, VA to Richmond, VA area • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and/or minimum of 5 years equivalent job experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in all situations • Good listening skills and engaging group presentation capabilities • Ability to perform and understand basic trade math • Ability to prioritize and plan work activities, pay attention to details, manage time effectively, and set goals and objectives • Ability to follow instructions and respond appropriately to management direction • Ability to take independent actions and calculated risks • Creativity and original thinking • Must be a team player and highly self-motivated • Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record • Ability to work traditional and non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays • Availability for overnight travel • Solid computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, VIP, and mobile industry applications • Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 35 pounds
