📋 Description

• Ongoing review of all legally relevant documents and processes involved in day-to-day operations • Legal review and approval of offers, website content, legal notices, Terms and Conditions, and invoice wording • Central point of contact for all partners regarding legal topics and questions • Monitoring and legal assessment of Trustpilot reviews, including handling critical or legally relevant reviews • Legal review and handling of cease-and-desist letters and out-of-court disputes related to marketing, sales, and outreach activities • Review and legal protection of employment contracts • Review and negotiation of NDAs (non-disclosure agreements) • Providing legal protection for partners, portfolio companies, and internal processes at Yunicorn Ventures

🎯 Requirements

• Completed law degree, ideally with a focus on commercial or corporate law • Specialization in or extensive experience with international law; alternatively, an established international network or relevant contacts • Experience reviewing contracts, Terms and Conditions, NDAs, and legal website content • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work • Strong communication skills when working with a range of internal and external stakeholders • Fluent German and English, with strong negotiation skills in both languages • High level of accuracy and quality awareness • Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking • Strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mentality • Proactive approach and ability to identify issues at an early stage • Strong organizational and structuring skills • Discretion when handling sensitive information
