📋 Description

• Define and own the ABM strategy for enterprise targets, including account segmentation, journey mapping, campaign plans, and paid ads strategy. • Design and lead the team structure and operating model for ABM and paid. • Collaborate with Demand Gen, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on account selection, goals, and engagement cadences. • Set the strategy and success metrics for ABM and paid, empowering the team to make campaign, budget, and channel decisions. • Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Demand Gen leadership to co-define the enterprise pipeline strategy. • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Sales leadership and reps for alignment on account selection and engagement plans. • Optimize paid media agency relationships, ensuring execution aligns with pipeline objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in ABM, enterprise demand-generation marketing, performance marketing, or an equivalent field. • Comfortable working with Sales, RevOps, Demand Gen, and creative/agency partners. • Executed multi-touch ABM campaigns (email, ads, events, personalized outreach, direct mail, etc.) with a focus on measurable outcomes. • Understanding of account-level metrics (engagement, pipeline, conversion) and ability to iterate campaigns based on data. • Hands-on experience managing large-scale paid advertising budgets and agency relationships across both self-serve and enterprise motions. • AI-forward mindset with active usage of AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, AI-powered analytics).
