📋 Description

• Manage IT disaster recovery and business continuity activities • Develop, implement, and maintain related processes, policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines • Support ISO and SOC2 internal and external audits • Engage and brief senior leadership and executives • Apply knowledge of IT operations, risk management, information security, ITIL processes, hosting, and cloud technologies • Build effective working relationships across multicultural, multivendor, multidisciplinary teams in multiple country locations • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to improve ITSM process efficiency, governance, decision-making, and service outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery best practices • Strong understanding of industry standards related to ITIL, Lean Six Sigma, ISO 2700x, and SOC2 • Knowledge of Business Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery standards, including ISO 27031/22301 • Knowledge of IT operations audit methodologies • Strong understanding of IT and business processes, challenges, and issues, and the business impact of products, tools, technologies, and policies • Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining processes, policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines • Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively with business managers, IT engineering, and IT operations staff • Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and independent judgment skills • Ability to work autonomously and independently with minimal guidance • High English language speaking, reading, and writing proficiency • University degree from an accredited university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline • 8+ years in Information Technology, including 4+ years of professional experience in IT Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery • Experience supporting ISO and SOC2 internal and external audits • Demonstrated ability to engage and brief senior leadership and executives • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations • Experience in Risk Management • Up-to-date understanding of hosting and cloud technologies • Understanding and experience in ITIL processes • Experience in Information Security Management • Experience working in multicultural, multivendor, multidisciplinary teams across multiple country locations • Open to adopting artificial intelligence and identifying and implementing automation opportunities
