📋 Description

• Collect, clean, consolidate, and analyze large datasets from multiple internal and external sources • Perform database inquiries and compile and analyze service-delivery data • Identify trends and provide statistical analyses and reports • Present findings in clear, concise formats tailored to different audiences • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and Word • Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy • Perform ad hoc analyses for business questions and leadership requests • Establish procedures for accurate and efficient data collection and entry • Create and maintain documentation for data definitions, dictionaries, reports, and analysis processes • Stay current with emerging data technologies and best practices • Recommend process improvements based on data insights and collaborate with teams to improve system performance • Monitor KPIs and business metrics • Support federal government contracts through accurate, timely data analysis and reporting • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and support performance monitoring • Coordinate with corporate partners and government customers to meet program objectives • Provide outcome-based metrics demonstrating program success • No supervisory responsibilities • No travel requirements

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required • Must pass a pre-employment background check • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance • Bachelor's degree in quantitative analysis, information technology, or a related field • Two years’ experience in qualitative or quantitative data compilation, analysis, reporting, and database management • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered • Complex database management and data manipulation using SQL, Python, Excel, or other data marts • Professional experience using data visualization tools • Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Strong mathematical skills, data modeling, and ability to analyze, model, and interpret data • Experience managing multiple priorities • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Collaboration and coordination with stakeholders at various levels • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to prepare management reports and present information • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience with collaboration platforms, project management tools, and video conferencing software • Ability to perform basic troubleshooting • Dedicated professional workspace with a secure, private environment suitable for telework • Ability to complete projects and daily work, attend video meetings, and work without distractors or personal responsibilities during normal working hours
