📋 Description

• Own product problems end-to-end, from discovery through shipped product • Design flows, systems, and interfaces for educators, schools, and internal teams • Build and contribute to continuous user research through interviews, observation, data, and product usage • Shape problems, validate direction, and inform product development • Create rapid feedback loops through prototypes, conversations, and live experiments • Prototype and validate ideas using modern and AI-assisted tools • Explore interaction, logic, and behaviour beyond static design • Collaborate with engineers and PMs, including contributing directly to implementation • Ship improvements and iterate based on feedback and real usage • Synthesize and share learning across the team • Mentor designers and help raise the team’s design quality • Shape evolving design practices and systems • Work across the full product lifecycle from early discovery through delivery • Conduct a design task session during the hiring process

🎯 Requirements

• Senior Product Designer experience • Motivation to take ideas beyond design and into real, shipped product experiences • Ability to own problems end-to-end from discovery through shipped product • Ability to design simple, scalable, high-quality flows, systems, and interfaces • Experience conducting interviews, observation, data analysis, and learning from real product usage • Ability to shape problems, validate direction, and inform what gets built • Experience with rapid prototyping, interactive prototypes, live experiments, and AI-assisted tools • Interest or ability to explore interaction, logic, and behaviour in real environments • Ability to collaborate deeply with engineers and PMs and contribute directly to implementation • Ability to balance speed and quality, ship early, and iterate often • Ability to synthesize and share learning • Ability to mentor other designers • Familiarity with Lovable, Claude, Dovetail, Figma, or similar modern product/design tools
