📋 Description

• Build and manage paid social campaigns in alignment with media plans • Act as the primary contact and media expert for clients representing assigned accounts • Make swift optimizations to ensure optimal pacing and performance • Provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations based on campaign goals and best practices • Leverage Zeta’s Data Cloud to identify and target additional audiences for scale • Manage end-to-end paid social advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat • Perform campaign setup, optimization, and analysis across multiple ad platforms • Make informed ad management decisions and find creative solutions to problems • Report to a Vice President in the Media Activation division

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager • Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, and other Paid Social platforms is a plus, but not required • Deep understanding of paid media mechanics, including pixel implementation, KPI optimization, audience targeting, and bid/budget management • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey nuance with authority and confidence • Strong quantitative skills with meticulous attention to detail • BA/BS degree, including quantitative coursework; exceptions will be made for experienced candidates
