• Lead national distribution network development, expansion, and market results • Drive revenue and volume targets through direct store delivery network expansion and distributor engagement • Oversee national natural-channel distributors including UNFI and KeHE • Lead distributor management teams through customer transitions, brand execution, and distribution growth • Own new distributor implementation from contract signing through first shipments • Establish reporting, communication, forecasting, and management routines • Set market, customer, channel, volume, and distribution goals • Define and execute merchandising, displays, promotions, and in-store execution initiatives • Assess market landscapes and lead distributor management and sales-rep success • Develop relationships with distributor stakeholders and senior leaders • Staff and train managers overseeing third-party distributors • Diagnose business performance and develop corrective action plans • Conduct quarterly business reviews and monthly executive business reviews • Set annual distribution business plans, national targets, investments, staffing, and organizational design • Partner cross-functionally with Key Accounts and other functional leaders to drive customer volume • Identify and establish distribution agreements for foodservice and specialty channels • Ensure product flow, reporting, communication routines, and route-to-market alignment • Supervise direct reports • Travel ad hoc as required by business needs
• Proven success in distribution management, specifically direct store delivery (DSD) in major markets • Proven market development and execution experience in the beverage industry, specifically in a high-growth early-to-mid stage company • Proven people management experience, including accountability, prioritization, problem-solving, ways of working, onboarding, and performance management • Experience with syndicated data reporting platforms • Competency in annual business plan development, budget oversight, and strategic priority and initiative creation • Experience leveraging data to assess performance, create scorecards, set KPIs, and measure impact • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills • Strong verbal and presentation skills • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
