📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and support Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud • Manage, support, and implement Oracle Financials modules in ERP Cloud • Manage a small team while maintaining 100% hands-on configuration and support responsibilities • Support users during day-to-day, month-end, and year-end activities • Research and analyze business processes and identify improvement areas • Ensure SOX compliance by documenting system and permission changes • Assist accounting team members with documenting and improving existing processes • Monitor new system releases and identify potential areas of improvement • Provide user training on system functionality and processes • Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions • Perform data cleansing to improve reporting and processes • Develop creative solutions to complex problems • Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and other business teams as part of the Enterprise Applications team • Support acquisitions and divestitures

🎯 Requirements

• Significant accounting background; CPA preferred • 10+ years of experience supporting Oracle, with at least half on Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud • Experience with system financial audits and controls • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Comfort working with finance and accounting users at all levels • Deep knowledge of GL, GIS, AP, and Cash Management modules; Procurement preferred • Knowledge of Order to Cash is a plus • Basic understanding of role structures • Familiarity with OTBI and basic Oracle table structures • Experience writing documentation and performing training • Ability to design, propose, and document dynamic solutions • Experience working in end-user environments to support day-to-day and close activities • Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to an evolving environment • Experience working in a global, multi-entity, multi-currency environment
