📋 Description

• Own the annual budgeting process, rolling multi-year financial forecasts, and long-range strategic plan across all business units • Serve as lead financial advisor to the CFO, CEO, and Executive Team • Deliver strategic risk assessments and scenario modeling for major strategic initiatives • Prepare and present materials for the Board of Directors, Investor Relations, and external financial stakeholders • Oversee corporate variance reporting by diagnosing root-cause drivers behind top-line and margin performance • Recommend strategic pivots based on financial analysis • Modernize financial technology stack infrastructure to streamline planning speed and reporting accuracy • Recalibrate operational and enterprise-level KPIs across functions to align departments with financial targets • Build, mentor, and scale a world-class FP&A team while setting high technical standards and fostering professional growth • Report directly to executive finance leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with executive leaders and FP&A business partners

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in FP&A, financial planning, or management accounting within a technology or software company • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • Proven success leading enterprise FP&A at scale, preferably in public or high-growth private equity-backed environments • Outstanding communication and narrative-building skills; comfortable defending financial logic to executive teams and Board members • Deep mastery of enterprise platforms such as Netsuite, Google Sheets, and Adaptive Insights • Proficiency in SaaS business models and key metrics, including ARR, CAC, and margin structure, preferred • Experience with the consumption model is a bonus • Self-starter with a high level of ownership and attention to detail • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement • Strong business judgment and curiosity • Motivated to be a trusted finance partner across the organization • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States; sponsorship eligibility is addressed in the application
