📋 Description

• Lead or support requirements gathering with laboratory stakeholders, emphasizing end-to-end sample lifecycle management • Analyze laboratory processes related to sample receipt, testing, review, approval, and disposition • Translate business and regulatory requirements into LIMS functional designs and configuration specifications • Configure Sapio LIMS solutions independently or as part of a national or global team • Configure sample login, accessioning, chain of custody, test assignment, execution, calculations, result entry, specifications, limits, result evaluation, review, approval, release, and reporting workflows • Configure supporting LIMS entities, including tests, methods, materials, products, and locations • Configure instrument and inventory data to support compliant sample testing • Develop and execute system testing and validation deliverables, including IQ/OQ/PQ, test scripts, and traceability matrices • Support user acceptance testing and defect resolution • Assist with production deployment and go-live activities • Provide post-implementation support focused on sample processing, results management, and workflow execution • Troubleshoot issues impacting sample lifecycle workflows and data integrity • Deliver end-user training and documentation • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and usability within the LIMS • Work with pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, and regulated laboratory environments to design, configure, and deploy informatics solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with laboratory informatics systems, specifically Sapio • Strong experience implementing and supporting sample lifecycle management in LIMS • Solid understanding of laboratory workflows (QC, analytical, stability, manufacturing, or R&D) • Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, FDA, ISO; ALCOA+ principles) • Strong communication skills and experience working directly with laboratory and QA stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or related field • Hands-on laboratory experience or a background in chemistry or biology preferred • Experience with complex sample models preferred • System validation and CSV documentation experience preferred • Exposure to LIMS integrations or configuration scripting preferred • Consulting or client-facing experience preferred • Experience supporting instrument or inventory data in the context of sample workflows preferred • Experience working across multiple informatics systems (e.g., LIMS, ELN, CDS, SDMS) preferred
