📋 Description

• Lead, train, and motivate mortgage processing staff • Oversee daily volume and monitor workloads • Help meet or exceed service-level standards • Ensure the processing team delivers high-quality customer service • Maintain accurate, up-to-date loan records in Encompass360 • Document loan-level communications • Work with Loan Originators, Underwriters, Closers, credit reporting agencies, AMCs, title companies, employers, landlords, and other parties to complete loan files • Support mortgage loan origination and fulfillment • Onboard new associates and provide training and coaching • Monitor workloads and manage staff hours and overtime costs • Develop and execute productivity-improvement plans • Identify people, processes, and tools needed for success • Analyze situations, identify issues, and take accountability for resolution

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years prior experience in mortgage loan processing • At least 2+ years in management • Service-focused, with superior time-management and communication skills • Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced service-focused environment • Experience processing Conventional, FHA, USDA, and VA loans preferred • Familiarity with Encompass360 preferred • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and time-management skills • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with internal and external partners • Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a changing environment
