📋 Description

• Own Rentals collections performance end to end, including days sales outstanding, aging distribution, days to pay, recovery rate, bad debt and write-off levels • Drive quarterly reduction in past-due balances • Lead, coach and develop specialists and senior specialists alongside offshore partner supervisors • Handle hiring, performance management and career development • Own the headcount model that forecasts and scales staffing to the portfolio • Set portfolio strategy and segmentation across individual landlords and national property management groups • Own and enforce credit policy, including credit reviews, approvals, holds, suspensions and write-off decisions • Own outsourced delivery relationships, including onboarding, training, service levels and quality audits • Run monthly collections reviews with Rentals product teams • Partner with sales and customer support on at-risk and high-value accounts • Work with Payments Program Management on causes of delinquency, including billing accuracy, payment method friction and dispute handling • Identify automation opportunities across Zuora, HighRadius and Salesforce • Own month-end deliverables, including reserve and allowance analysis, with Accounting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 8+ years of experience in B2B credit and collections or accounts receivable • At least three years leading teams or team leads • Record of moving collections metrics rather than only reporting them • Deep understanding of the full order-to-cash cycle, including cash application and accounting treatment of bad debt and sales allowances • Hands-on experience with Zuora, HighRadius, Salesforce, Workday, Oracle or SAP • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and lookups • Experience managing outsourced or offshore vendor relationships, setting service levels and holding quality standards • Experience setting and applying credit or collections policy under commercial pressure • Experience using AI tools to automate manual work • Familiarity with the rentals or real estate industry preferred • Experience with credit scoring systems a plus
