📋 Description

• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions of client account analysts and the cash receipts coordinator • Ensure collections processes are completed accurately and efficiently • Manage repetitive administrative tasks and improve workflow efficiency • Serve as a resource for client account analysts while handling an assigned collections workload • Maintain a portfolio of clients • Perform daily collections outreach to assigned clients and partners • Enter collections status notes and tasks in StarCollect • Analyze and respond to attorney and client issues and queries • Interact with the Billing Department regarding client account status • Research and monitor EBilled client collection status in Billblast • Compile client account analysts’ notes on the over-$100K A/R report monthly • Support workload coordination and new attorney assignments across the team • Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive processes • Review and approve timesheets in Dayforce • Approve leave requests and coordinate coverage for absences • Provide additional assistance and support as directed by the supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working within a law firm Collection department • Aderant experience • StarCollect experience • Knowledge of Billblast • Leadership experience preferred • Well versed in a legal electronic Collection platform and Aderant preferred • Must work in a state where Saul Ewing has an office • May need to work overtime in the fourth quarter, including occasional weekends
