📋 Description

• Manage the collections process for customer accounts, including outreach on past-due balances and resolving payment issues • Monitor aging reports and reduce outstanding accounts receivable through follow-up and account analysis • Use HighRadius and internal systems to manage collections activity, customer communications, payment tracking, disputes, and account reconciliations • Partner with Billing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to resolve customer concerns and billing discrepancies • Review and reconcile customer accounts, including unapplied payments, credits, disputes, and short payments • Support bad debt reduction by identifying and escalating high-risk accounts • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, payment commitments, and account status updates • Prepare and distribute aging analysis, collections reports, bad debt summaries, and account status updates to leadership • Assist with month-end collections and accounts receivable reporting • Provide professional, customer-focused communication while driving timely payment resolution • Escalate priority accounts, bankruptcy risks, legal concerns, and collection challenges to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • Experience in full-cycle collections and accounts receivable required • Experience with HighRadius, NetSuite, Salesforce, or other ERP/collections platforms preferred • Strong understanding of aging reports, bad debt management, cash application, account reconciliation, and collections best practices • Ability to analyze customer accounts and identify causes of delinquency or payment discrepancies • Strong Excel and reporting skills, including analysis of large financial datasets • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to professionally manage difficult customer conversations • Highly organized and detail oriented with strong follow-through • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build departmental relationships • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Integrity, professionalism, accountability, and sound judgment • Stable performance under pressure when handling sensitive customer and financial situations • Self-motivated ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment
