📋 Description

• Answer incoming phone calls from customers to offer support • Answer support tickets for customers and free trials using Zendesk • Educate customers about newly released features and functionality • Advocate for customers’ requests and needs across the company • Monitor accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and address warning signs of churn • Onboard and set up new accounts • Maintain proficiency in the Follow Up Boss product • Keep the knowledge base up to date and share product insights with the team and customers • Encourage, delight, and exceed customer expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role such as Support, Success, Account Management, or Sales • Previous experience working with a CRM, real estate, and SaaS environments • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Extraordinary grammar and spelling skills with high attention to detail • Thoughtful and resourceful • Tech savvy and efficient with SaaS applications • Independent, self-motivated, and able to stay efficient and productive without direct supervision • Patient, empathetic, and eager to guide and train others • Potential weekend availability as part of the overall schedule • Remote experience is a bonus
