📋 Description

• Build, manage, and scale paid search campaigns across Google Ads and beyond. • Conduct deep keyword research to maximize budget efficiency while hitting traffic, conversion, and ROI/ROAS goals. • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign metrics via Google Analytics to ensure peak performance at all times. • Produce clear, actionable weekly performance reports for leadership. • Make strategic recommendations on keyword expansion and budget prioritization. • Execute and manage paid social media campaigns that drive qualified traffic and conversions. • Stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes to keep our campaigns competitive. • Manage individual and team projects with a high degree of ownership and accountability. • Collaborate with leadership on long-term brand strategy and positioning. • Build and maintain relationships with vendors while staying current on the latest in paid advertising.

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Meta Ads. • Proven experience managing large-scale PPC campaigns. • Strong analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving and project management skills. • Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Clear, confident communicator — comfortable presenting to and interacting with executive leadership. • Bonus Points: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. • Previous experience in a law firm or legal marketing environment.
