📋 Description

• Own the strategy and execution of initiatives driving growth across ZipRecruiter’s SMB employer customer base • Focus on new employer acquisition, employer reactivation, and strategic partnerships • Set product-domain KPIs and manage daily execution • Direct the SMB product roadmap to improve customer value and product effectiveness • Run rapid growth experiments to accelerate product-led growth and acquisition of new employers • Analyze product-area metrics and investigate the reasons behind performance • Coordinate with go-to-market, marketing, and sales teams • Serve as the SMB customer voice through product discovery and user research • Build personalized, proactive AI-driven product experiences • Partner with job-seeker product teams to maintain a healthy two-sided marketplace

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success in product management, with a record of delivering results • Deep experience building business-facing products at scale • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and ability to interrogate the reasons behind metrics • Understanding of how to leverage Machine Learning to solve user problems • Experience building AI-powered product features • Passion for speaking directly with users and personally conducting user research • Ability to handle complex problems, including technical architectural hurdles and new market opportunities • High motivation and ability to work autonomously • Preferred: Previous experience at a two-sided marketplace • Preferred: Previous experience leading products geared towards SMB customers
