📋 Description

• Own product vision and execution for either Candidate Delivery products or Proactive Sourcing • Take full accountability for the product domain, from KPI setting through daily execution • Direct the SMB product roadmap to improve customer value and product effectiveness • Develop a deep understanding of product-area metrics and their drivers • Define pricing, packaging, and positioning; coordinate with the go-to-market team on marketing and sales • Represent SMB customers through ongoing user conversations, product discovery, and user research • Build personalized, proactive AI-driven experiences • Partner with job-seeker-side product teams to maintain a healthy, balanced marketplace and improve hiring outcomes • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success in product management, with a record of delivering results • Deep experience building business-facing products at scale • Understanding of how to leverage Machine Learning to solve user problems • Experience building AI-powered product features • Data-obsessed problem-solving ability and ability to interrogate the “why” behind numbers • Passion for speaking directly with users and personally conducting user research • Ability to address complex technical and market problems as a smart generalist • High self-motivation and ability to thrive with autonomy • Preferred: Previous experience at a two-sided marketplace • Preferred: Previous experience leading products geared toward SMB customers
