📋 Description

• Write and maintain test plans and test cases for new and existing product features. • Perform manual functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across releases. • Support release testing and sign-off. • Build and maintain automated tests and support CI/CD test coverage. • Help expand automated coverage over time to reduce manual effort. • Identify, document, and track defects to resolution, and verify fixes. • Reproduce and triage issues with engineering. • Partner with engineering and product to understand requirements and provide feedback on product quality. • Communicate quality status and risks clearly to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of software QA experience, ideally with web-based SaaS applications. • Experience writing test plans and test cases and performing manual functional and regression testing. • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and defect-tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience; ISTQB certification is a plus. • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and clear communication. • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
